Gaming als Schauplatz der Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik

Manouchehr Shamsrizi – Mitbegründer des gamelab.berlin Exzellenzclusters der Humboldt-Universität, Fellow der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik und Berater des Auswärtigen Amtes – will in seinem Vortrag darlegen, dass Gaming in der Tat eines der wichtigsten (und in Deutschland sicherlich eines der am meisten übersehenen) Schlachtfelder in allen drei Sphären der internationalen Beziehungen ist und somit eine dringende Angelegenheit, auf die die (deutsche) Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik reagieren muss, wozu er Handlungsempfehlungen vorschlagen wird.

In his session, Manouchehr Shamsrizi – Co-Founder of the gamelab.berlin of Humboldt-Universität’s Cluster of Excellence, Fellow of the German Council on Foreign Relations, and advisor to the Federal Foreign Office – will argue that Gaming indeed is one of the most important (and certainly, in Germany, one of the most overlooked) battlegrounds in all three spheres of international relations, thus an urgent matter for the (German) foreign and security policy community to react to, for which Manouchehr Shamsrizi will suggest recommendations for potential actions.
