Dr. Benjamin Tallis

  Dr. Benjamin Tallis joined DGAP in September 2022. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Alfred von Oppenheim Center for European Future Affairs and leads the project “Aktionswerkstatt Zeitenwende”.     Previously, he served the EU on security missions in Ukraine and the Balkans and worked as a policy officer at the European Competence Center for Civilian Crisis Management in Berlin. He spent five years at the Institute of International Relations Prague (IIR), where he directed the Center for European Security, advised numerous European governments, edited the journal New Perspectives, and organized the 2017 Prague Insecurity Conference.           Dr. Reza Parchizadeh, PhD (@DrParchizadeh), is a political theorist, security analyst, and international relations specialist who concentrates on Iran, the Middle East, and great-power competition. He has advised U.S. government institutions on national security and foreign policy matters. Parchizadeh serves as an editorial board member at Al Arabiya Farsi and has contributed to leading international research institutes and news outlets such as the BESA Center, Center for Security Policy, Fox News, Israel National News, Middle East Institute, the Royal United Services Institute, the Jamestown Foundation, the Mackenzie Institute, the Middle East Forum, and Voice of America.

Alexis Roussel

Alexis Roussel is a member of the Swiss Pirate Party and has also been active as its president. The lawyer is an entrepreneur and executive in several companies for privacy tech to Bitcoins trading in Neuchâtel.
