    Bandara Diss is the leader of Sri Lanka’s Pirate Party (PPSL). He is an electrical engineer and a real estate developer.   Patrick Breyer (* 1977) is a civil rights activist and a German politician and lawyer of the Pirate Party Germany. Birgitta Jónsdóttir Birgitta Jónsdóttir (is an Icelandic politician, anarchist, poet, and activist. She was a Member of the Althing (MP) for the Southwest Constituency from 2013 to 2017, representing the Pirate Party, having been elected at the 2013 election. Mikuláš Peksa born 1986 in Prague is a Czech biophysicist and politician of Česká pirátská strana. From 2017 to 2019 Peksa was a Member of the Czech House of Commons, since 2019 he is a Member of the Ninth European Parliament as part of the Green/EFA Group. Alexander Isavnin

Alexander Isavnin Alexander studied mathematics at Moscow State University. He started working with the Internet in the 90s, later working in Internet providers, he was responsible for establishing inter-operator relations and communication with law enforcement agencies. Alexander now works at the informal Free Moscow University, teaching Internet governance and researching Internet infrastructure and rules, collaborating with Internet rights and freedom NGOs. Alexander speaks openly on the issues of freedom of the Russian Internet, as well as on issues of electronic voting in Russia. Alexander is a member of the Council of the Russian Pirate Party.
