Stéphane Koch

holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Combating Economic Crime and a title of Public Relations Specialist (ISRP), is Vice President of High-Tech Bridge SA (specialized in Ethical Hacking) and member of the Scientific Committee of the MAS in Economic Intelligence and Strategic Watch at the HEG in Geneva.

 


Specializing in the professional use of social networks and media, reputation management on the Internet, and information and human security, he is also a trainer and expert for the Institute for Combating Economic Crime (ILCE), the Swiss Institute for Public Relations (ISRP), SAWI, and the Centre de Formation et de Perfectionnement des Journalismes (Paris) (CFPJ). He is also a lecturer at Columbia University in New York, where he teaches a course on information security and source protection for journalists on behalf of Reporters Without Borders.

Since 1998, he has also been involved in training courses on the professional use of the Internet and information and communication technologies.

He is involved in various schools in the areas of “digital literacy”, social networks, information analysis and media education as well as cyberbullying, is a member of the board of “CIAO.ch” and collaborates with the platform “Youth and Media” and “Pro Juventute”.
Stéphane is part of a working group on radicalization under the umbrella of the Federal Social Security Office (BASI), which accompanies “pilot projects of counter-discourses and positive alternative discourses”.
