Mikuláš Peksa

Mikuláš Peksa born 1986 in Prague is a Czech biophysicist and politician of Česká pirátská strana. From 2017 to 2019 Peksa was a Member of the Czech House of Commons, since 2019 he is a Member of the Ninth European Parliament as part of the Green/EFA Group. Alexander Isavnin

Alexander Isavnin Alexander studied mathematics at Moscow State University. He started working with the Internet in the 90s, later working in Internet providers, he was responsible for establishing inter-operator relations and communication with law enforcement agencies. Alexander now works at the informal Free Moscow University, teaching Internet governance and researching Internet infrastructure and rules, collaborating with Internet rights and freedom NGOs. Alexander speaks openly on the issues of freedom of the Russian Internet, as well as on issues of electronic voting in Russia. Alexander is a member of the Council of the Russian Pirate Party.

Paula Cipierre

Paula Cipierre Paula Cipierre is head of EU Privacy and Public Policy at Palantir Technologies. She works at the intersection of privacy engineering, legal compliance and public affairs. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in French, European Cultural Studies, and Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University, a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, and a Master of Arts in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University. She is currently pursuing an Master of Law in Information Technology Law from the University of Edinburgh part time.

Fritz Felgentreu

Fritz Felgentreu Fritz Felgentreu, born in 1968, teacher, married, 3 children, evangelic. Studied classical philology of slavic studies at Freie Universität Berlin. 1998 doctorate, 2008 habilitation. SPD member since 1992. 2001 – 2011: Member of the Berlin House of Representatives. 2013 – 2021: Member of the German Bundestag (election district Berlin-Neukölln). 2017 – 2020: Defence Spokesperson of the SPD-fraction. Since 2021: Chairperson Reichsbanner Schwarz Rot Gold.

Paul C. Strobel

Paul C. Strobel is an expert on social media, political and strategic communications and an army officer ( Major / OF3) with the German Federal Armed Forces. As such he is currently Director of Digital Communications for the Invictus Games 2023 and a frequent commentator on the military use of social media, information warfare and propaganda.

Alexis Roussel is a member of the Swiss Pirate Party and has also been active as its president. The lawyer is an entrepreneur and executive in several companies for privacy tech to Bitcoins trading in Neuchâtel.
